Established in 2015 AD immediately after the issuance of the Lawyers Law No. 3 of 2014 regarding advocacy and was the first to be registered in the Companies Register of the General Syndicate of Lawyers in Libya under registration No. (2).

  • The company aims to provide the best level of legal services in the field of banking, aviation and oil cases in particular and in general in commercial and civil cases and what is related to them in other fields.
  • The company includes more than 15 lawyers, some of whom have more than thirty years of experience and includes professors, some of whom hold higher degrees, doctorates in law, and are fluent in English and French.
  • The company has contracts to provide legal services and advocacy work with the largest banks in Libya, including, for example, the Libyan Foreign Bank, Sahara Bank, Al-Nouran Bank, Al-Wafa Bank, and Bank of Africa in Morocco.
  • The company’s general manager (lawyer Abdul Raouf Bashir Al-Najjar) holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the largest bank in Libya, which is the Bank of the Republic, and Chairman of the Disciplinary Board, Chairman of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee, and Chairman of the Committee to Amend the Bank’s Articles of Association.
  • The company is distinguished by providing legal advice to banks in the field of addressing the capital structure and money laundering issues, the transformation of the bank from a traditional to an Islamic bank, and Islamic banking operations.
  • The company has defended several chairmen of boards of directors and general managers of several banks inside Libya in major cases.
  • The company has represented large institutions such as the Libyan Olympic Committee, Al-Sharara Oil Services Company, the Highway Services Company, and Al-Inmaa Real Estate Investment Company.
  • The company has been distinguished by obtaining distinguished rulings from the Supreme Court, which were included in the list of selected appeals on the official website of the Supreme Court.
  • The lawyers working for the company are highly qualified and have major cases in constitutional appeals in which they have distinguished themselves, including Appeal No. 17/61Q related to the unconstitutionality of the House of Representatives.
  • The company has distinguished itself in arbitration cases, perhaps the most famous of which is the case of the Noor Association for the Blind.
  • Some of the company’s shareholders have assumed membership in the Tripoli Bar Association Council and its presidency as the President of Tripoli Bar Association. They have also distinguished themselves by joining the legal team of the Ministry of Justice and the advisory team of the Prime Minister in 2014. They were assigned membership in committees formed by the Legislative Council and the Libyan Prisoners’ Defense Team Abroad.
